Wanna watch something? It's easy:
- Check the calendar below for a free time slot;
- Fill in and submit the booking form;
- If the booking is confirmed, it will appear in the calendar.
Booking Guidelines
- Bookings are open to all Darwin students;
- Bookings should last no longer than 3 hours, except in special circumstances;
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee the reservation;
- Bookings should only be made by Darwin students; Non-Darwinian societies can use the room but they will be subject to a £30 charge and the booking should still be made by a Darwin member
- Any remaining open timeslots are available for last-minute or casual use by Darwin students.
