Welfare Network

The Darwin Welfare Network is committed to promoting active management of stress and other personal issues. To start, you can ask yourself two questions:

  1. How can I eliminate things from my life which negatively affect my personal health?
  2. How can I cope with those things that I cannot eliminate?

Furthermore, we'll be organizing several events and discussion groups to provide breaks from studying, allow for exchange of ideas, and to provide a comfortable and open social setting for all Darwinians to participate in.

We hope to be of help to you throughout the year. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please send them to welfare [at] darwin [dot] cam [dot] ac [dot] uk.
