As Treasurer, I maintain records of DCSA's expenses and manage DCSA funds. At the beginning of the year, I prepare the DCSA budget and make financial provision for each of the DCSA's clubs and societies, in consultation with the DCSA committee, and where appropriate, the concerned representative of the club/society. Through the year claims for advances or reimbursements for clubs and societies' expenditures may be addressed to me.club expenditure.

The female Welfare Officer is charged with promoting and looking after the mental and physical welfare of all students in Darwin both male and female.  I work as one team with the Male Welfare Officer however if you would prefer to speak to a woman please contact me directly on my email and all correspondence will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and professionalism.

The main part of the Ents Officer is organising BOPs and others events in college and around college (through a novel Darwin-GU connexion that we are starting this year), like food contests, joined events with the bar or concerts. Any idea is obviously welcome!

As the Ambassador, I organise Formal Hall Exchanges between Darwin College and other colleges. Information will be provided about upcoming formal exchanges when Darwin college students are invited to attend formal hall dinners in other colleges, and vice-versa.

As DCSA Events Officer my role is to run the Events Committee, i.e. organise and coordinate events in college. If at some point you would like to organise your own event and get the right support for it, just drop me an email and join the EVENTS COMMITTEE!

The Green Officer works to reduce the environmental impact of the college and its members, as well as to promote sustainable awareness among the Darwinians. The Green Officer does this through targeting the students directly as well as working with college staff, the DCSA, heading the College Green Committee and external organisations.

College Council reps are the link between staff and students and thus open for any kinds of complaints and suggestions from both sides and willing to communicate and help all students and staff. The College Council meets regularly and discusses matters related to the college and student life. Participating members are the Master, the Dean, the Bursar and a group of Fellows. It is thus a great platform to discuss any student related problems or inquiries. So in general, please don't hesitate to contact us for any problems or suggestions regarding administration, accommodation, finance, welfare or anything else.
